GELATISSIMO SINGAPORE CLUB GELATO LOYALTY CARD PROGRAM
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Introduction
1.1 The CLUB GELATO loyalty program (“Program”) is operated by Gelatissimo Pty Ltd (ABN 91 100 053 307) (“Gelatissimo”).
1.2 By registering, using your CLUB GELATO card or app, or claiming any benefit under the Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
Membership & Registration
2.1 To join the Program, download the CLUB GELATO App from the App Store or Google Play. You must complete all required registration fields and provide a valid email address.
2.2 Only one CLUB GELATO account is permitted per person. Accounts are non-transferable.
2.3 You may opt out of receiving promotional emails; however, a valid email address is still required to activate and maintain your membership.
2.4 If you are a physical cardholder, you may link your account in the CLUB GELATO App using your registered email and password to check your balance or update details.
2.5 You are responsible for all activity on your account and must keep your login credentials confidential.
2.6 Gelatissimo accepts no responsibility for incorrect information provided during registration or account updates.
2.7 To join CLUB GELATO, you must be aged 16 years or older.
Earning & Redeeming Rewards
3.1 You will earn 1 visit for every eligible transaction of $5 or more in a single visit.
3.2 A maximum of 2 visits per customer per day will be counted toward rewards. Each visit must meet the minimum spend of $5 per transaction to qualify.
3.3 After earning 5 visits (i.e., 5 separate eligible visits), you will receive one Free Small Scoop of Gelato. This reward is redeemable on your next visit and expires 28 days from the date of issue.
3.4 The transaction in which you redeem your free scoop does not count towards your next reward unless the purchase is over $5.
3.5 CLUB GELATO points and rewards are not earned or redeemable via delivery orders.3.6 Gelatissimo reserves the right to change the reward structure, value of points, and redemption criteria with reasonable notice via email or the website.
3.6 For all existing Club Gelato points, these will be transferred as a one-off voucher to your Club Gelato app with a 3-month expiry.
Account Management
4.1 You can view your visits and rewards, or update your details, via the CLUB GELATO App or website.
4.2 If your CLUB GELATO card is lost or stolen, email info@gelatissimo.com.au. Your balance will be transferred to a new account or card. Gelatissimo is not responsible for any lost points in the process.
4.4 You may cancel your membership at any time by contacting Gelatissimo. All unused points and rewards will be forfeited upon cancellation.
Promotions & Special Offers
5.1 Members may receive exclusive promotions or offers. These may be subject to additional terms and conditions provided at the time of the offer.
5.2 Birthday Reward: Receive a free single scoop on your birthday (cup or cone, one flavour). To be eligible:
- You must be registered prior to your birthday.
- You must have made a purchase over $5 in the prior 12 months.
- The birthday scoop is valid from the day after signup and does not count as a visit unless you make an additional purchase over $5.
5.3 Campaign Upsize Offer: During select promotional campaigns, you may receive a free upsize to a featured flavour. To redeem:
- Purchase one full-priced scoop and show the offer on your smartphone.
- Offer valid while stocks last and cannot be combined with other offers.
- Limit one redemption per member per campaign.
Program Integrity & Termination
6.1 Gelatissimo reserves the right to:
- Refuse or cancel membership at its discretion.
- Suspend or terminate accounts for misuse, fraud, inactivity (no points earned for 12 months), or breach of these Terms.
- Cancel or modify the Program at any time with notice via email or the website.
6.2 Examples of misuse include:
- Sharing your account with others.
- Attempting to manipulate the program.
- Providing false or misleading information.
6.3 Gelatissimo may correct your account balance if errors are identified or misuse is suspected.
6.4 Gelatissimo takes no responsibility for technical issues that prevent stores from issuing or redeeming rewards.
Privacy
7.1 Your personal information is handled in accordance with Gelatissimo’s Privacy Policy.
General
8.1 No fees are charged by Gelatissimo for joining or using the Program.
8.2 These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of your account after notice is provided will constitute acceptance of any amended Terms.
