Gelatissimo “Win a Year of Gelato” Giveaway – Terms & Conditions
- Organiser: The giveaway is organised by Gelatissimo Pte Ltd (“Gelatissimo”).
- Eligibility: Participation is open to residents of Singapore aged 18 years or older at the time of entry. Employees of Gelatissimo, its related companies, agencies, and immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
- Competition Entry Period: The competition entry period is from 10 January 2026 to 18 January 2026. Entries submitted outside this period will not be accepted.
- How to Enter:
a. Participants must make a purchase at any Gelatissimo store in Singapore during the Competition Entry Period.
b. To enter, participants must scan their Club Gelato digital loyalty card at the point of purchase.
c. Only one (1) entry per person will be accepted during the Competition Entry Period. - Prize Details:
a. There are five (5) prizes available.
b. Each prize consists of one (1) “Free Gelato for a Year” voucher, valid for one (1) free scoop cup per week for 52 weeks.
c. Each prize is valued at SGD $375.
d. The voucher is valid until 31 January 2027. Unused weeks cannot be carried over.
e. Vouchers are redeemable in-store at all Gelatissimo Singapore locations and must be presented at the time of redemption.
f. Vouchers are not transferable, not for resale, and not redeemable for cash.
g. Vouchers include standard and deluxe flavours. Gelatissimo reserves the right to refuse redemption if misuse is suspected. - Winner Selection:
a. Winners will be drawn at random by Gelatissimo by 24 January 2026.
b. Winners will be notified via the contact information linked to their Club Gelato loyalty account. - Prize Conditions:
a. Prizes must be claimed in accordance with instructions provided by Gelatissimo.
b. If a winner cannot be contacted or does not claim their prize by the 31st of January 2026, the prize may be forfeited, and an alternate winner may be selected. - Use of Personal Data: By participating, entrants consent to Gelatissimo collecting and using their personal information for the purposes of administering the giveaway, contacting winners, and promotional activities in accordance with Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).
- Limitation of Liability:
a. Gelatissimo is not responsible for lost, late, or incomplete entries or technical errors.
b. Gelatissimo is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from participation in the giveaway or redemption of the prize, except where prohibited by law. - Modification and Cancellation: Gelatissimo reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the giveaway at any time for reasons including, but not limited to, force majeure events, technical issues, or any circumstances beyond its control.
- Publicity: Winners may be required to participate in promotional activities related to the giveaway without additional compensation, where permitted by law.
- Governing Law: These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Any dispute arising from this giveaway shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
- General: By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and the decisions of Gelatissimo, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the giveaway.
